TERMS & CONDITIONS

Creative Purpose of Custom Artwork
By placing an order for a custom artwork, the client recognizes that the artwork is an artistic interpretation of a specific house or building. It embodies a stylized representation, and should not be taken as an exact, detailed replica of the house or building as it might appear in photographs, real estate listings, or on Google Street View.
Accuracy of Information Supplied
Clients bear the responsibility of ensuring that all submitted information, through written descriptions and provided photographs, is accurate and comprehensive. We will not undertake adjustments to the artwork due to any discrepancies or omissions in the information provided by the client.
Refunds and Returns
Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer revisions or replacements for commissioned artworks if we acknowledge an error on our part. Should such circumstances arise, we will bear the cost of shipping the revised or replacement artwork. Decisions regarding refunds and returns are otherwise at our exclusive discretion.
Reproduction of Work, Intellectual Property, and Copyright
Upon ordering a custom artwork, the client gains possession of the physical piece; however, we reserve the right to reproduce, publish, or disseminate copies of the original artwork as follows. Associated with the artwork may be the client's first name, the suburb of the house, and any customer-provided anecdotes about the property. No further identifying information will be disclosed without explicit consent from the client.
In accordance with the Australian Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), the artist retains economic rights for reproducing the artwork. This encompasses the rights to reproduce the artwork in physical form, to publish the artwork, and to communicate the artwork to the public.
Terms of Payment
Invoice details for the artwork will be sent up to 7 days before the artwork's commencement. Full payment is required within 7 calendar days following the invoice date. Artworks will not be dispatched before payment confirmation.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of and were last updated on 25/07/2024.
